A Biodiversity, Slow Living & Nature Immersion Experience

Visit a serene 25-acre regenerative forest on the outskirts of Pondicherry where biodiversity, conservation, re-wilding and slow food come together beautifully. You will enjoy a delicious traditionally served banana-leaf meal prepared using farm-grown rice, vegetables, foraged herbs and ethically sourced meat or seafood, all cooked by women from the nearby village. The dining space is a cosy thatch hut surrounded by wilderness, offering a unique setting to slow down and reconnect with nature.

This immersive experience includes a guided nature walk through the kitchen garden, cow shed, chicken coop and a small patch of forest that hosts a rich variety of plants, insects, birds, reptiles and mammals. There is also a natural rainwater catchment pool where you can take a refreshing dip. The thatch hut is a peaceful spot to unwind, play board games, spend quality time with loved ones or simply enjoy the quiet beauty of the forest.

The goal is not only to offer a memorable experience but to leave you with food for thought. Expect insights into slow living, the slow food philosophy, and the importance of honouring the source and process behind the ingredients used in your meal.
