Standard Policy
  • The advance amount paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable.
  • If a cancellation request is made 7 days or more before the check-in date, a future credit note may be issued only in case of emergencies, such as medical reasons.
  • Supporting documentation (doctor’s certificate or medical report) must be provided.

No refund or credit note will be provided for cancellations requested within 7 days of the arrival date.

  • Christmas & New Year
  • Republic Day

Refunds (only when applicable) take 5–7 working days.

Credit notes can be used for future stays and are subject to availability and current tariff.
