Standard Policy
- The advance amount paid at the time of booking is strictly non-refundable.
- If a cancellation request is made 7 days or more before the check-in date, a future credit note may be issued only in case of emergencies, such as medical reasons.
- Supporting documentation (doctor’s certificate or medical report) must be provided.
Within 7 Days of Check-in
No refund or credit note will be provided for cancellations requested within 7 days of the arrival date.

Refunds (only when applicable) take 5–7 working days.
Credit notes can be used for future stays and are subject to availability and current tariff.
